You're welcome, yes some research is crucial - I just checked some numbers - one of the players with good tiebreak records - Tsonga went 14-5 this year (8-1 on his favorite indoor surface) while Canas has lost his last 9 tiebreaks. What I mean by this is that a tiebreak isn't really a coin toss, if you take the important factors into consideration, you can shift the coin toss in your favor
